Airy and large units with the large space, fridge plus balconies. Good and absolutely perfect location, restaurants and bars right next to the hotel.

Beds were a bit hard.

Comfortable bed, airy and brand-new rooms. Had gorgeous a balcony and a mini fridge. The location ideal and particularly good close to shopping centre. For tea or coffee visit Botanica Garden Cafe nearby.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at beachfront restaurant with lovely bar and Hugo the best bartender. Location: the hotel was next to the city center or beach road and tropical gardens.

Comfortable beds for a restful night.

I was disappointed with my stay as the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. During my check-in, they were merely okay without a cute attitude. There were times when no one was present at reception, leaving me frustrated when I needed assistance.

We enjoyed Cenote Crystal and the beach was just a 15-minute bike ride away. The pool is nice, and the atmosphere is really chill. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The only downside was that check-out didn't allow any refunds for early departure, but it didn't ruin our experience.
